"The only thing this property has going for it is the location and proximity to Setia Convention Center. Rooms are very basic and well worn. The bathrooms had mold in them. The kitchen had 3 plates, 1 bowl, 2 mugs and 3 spoons and forks. The fridge was rusty, there was food scraps under my bed. The sofa was well worn. The towels were thin. It is a very basic room. We are large family with 4 young boys and the staff where really great with them. We had connecting rooms and they were on the large side. The buffet is best for breakfast and lunch - the dinner was a bit pricey. The second night we went to the connecting mall and had hawker food which was great. We went to the water park next door - tickets were on a high side when the water park is a bit dated but the kids had a wonderful day there. We will be definitely coming back.

Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....
