"Booked a water villa for the New Year celebration and had a wonderful stay. The villa was cozy yet felt very luxurious, with a beautiful private pool that I used throughout the day. Because of that, I often needed extra towels and floor towels, and housekeeping was excellent. They were very responsive and always provided everything I needed. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a relaxing and memorable experience."

"Sorry to say the place was very old and terrible to go and stay on a holiday. We booked for three nights but we left in one night. The staff said that they can not refund our stay in the hotel. very bad service. "
