Old and poorly maintained property. Our room had low water pressure in the shower, the air conditioner was hard to regulate and didn’t get cold enough and the breakfast was just okay (waffles - that you had to stand in a long line for - yogurt and toast/bagel the only choices).

The pool closed down to early. They need longer pool hours.
The fact that I was supposed to get a partial refund for the first night for the TV not working the entire time never happened and I still have yet to get my $100 deposit back yet

My TV was very old. It had a line going through at the entire time. Room was very cold not updated needs a little warmth. The hallway is dark and gloomy. It’s a very outdated hotel bathrooms are very old water pressure poor

Room was dirty. My feet were black frim. Just the bathroom floor. The shower tiles had goop on it. Never staying here again.

. The first room we were assigned smelled like a marijuana party just took place. It was disgusting. I went down and was given another room a few doors down. This smelled better but was run down and hasn’t been updated in many years. No sofa, cheep spring mattresses and the only chair was a cheep desk chair that was stuck in the down position. The linens were the only clean items in the room. The bathrooms were old and the floors were dirty. We did not feel comfortable walking without shoes.
This would be a last resort choice at best. On our way to the elevator we had a nice view of a man sitting in the courtyard picking his feet. We spent two nights at this hotel and it was two nights to many.

This place was terrifying and should be shut down or completely renovated. I made it to the front door and then walked out because it was not good .. by not good I was afraid of catching something or much worse

Central location for the purposes of my trip. Close to St Joseph’s Hospital for visiting a family member and close to the interstate to be able to hop over to Brandon for a graduation.
There was some awful noise, I couldn’t tell if it was the pipes in the wall or if someone was doing some construction work at 8:30 on a Saturday morning.
The room was clean though dated. Linens were fresh and plentiful.

The hotel is so close to the airport! With a late night arrival it was perfect to just pop in and head to bed. The breakfast in the morning was great to send us on our way. Public bus stops right in front of the hotel, very convenient to get to the cruise terminal. Overall, a great hotel at a great value.

This place is a mix bag. My bed was awesome, the was mostly clean and the staff at the front desk was pretty good. The negative was the baby cockroach in the bathroom, all the garbage in front of my hotel room on the first floor (go to the front of the hotel on the 2nd floor and look down over the closed restaurant) and gum and crap all over the floor. This place needs a really deep clean and paint. That would help a lot and would be cheap to implement.

Had to wait nearly an hour to check in but I was told there was a convention of some sort in town.
Very old hotel with old furniture. Styrofoam plates and cups for hot food and drinks which would melt into food.

The restaurant was closed. A huge roach was crawling around in our room so they moved us to another room on the next floor. In that room, the refrigerator didn't work, the electrical outlets pulled out of the walls when unplugging things and there was no shower curtain

The room was
Nice and cold.. bathroom door was in disrepair and wouldn’t shut all the way.. there was no meat.. ( bacon.. sausage) eggs.. unless it was Saturday or Sunday .. ran out of food fast..moldy smell in bathroom.. not hardly anyone spoke English .. asked for towels.. Kleenex and toilet paper several times before we got the toilet paper and that was all they brought.. called the desk several times but no one answered the phone!
