Quiet and comfortable

I'm grateful that they accommodated my room request. The room, pool, and cocktail lounge were all very comfortable. I'd love to stay here again.

Definitely amazing for kids with the slide at the pool, pool was pretty huge. Renovations seem like on going and bar side with infinity pool is stunning!

Its a nice hotel bit is in need of updating, for example there is a lot of carpetand in a location that is that humid that keads to mold. The ceiling in the main lobby entrance also leaked when it rained hard. But the staff were amazing and the rioms were good. We did the biffet one night and the food was not good, it was all cold and we were there right when it opened

Great spot if they got better mattresses.

The place was overall nice although a bit dated and could use some renovation. Nice views! Good coffee shop. Terrible bed with very hard mattress and mediocre pillows.

A fine stay

Some of the amenities and restaurants seem to be closed and it’s a little out of the main tourist area but it’s comfortable and all the folks that work there are all very nice and helpful!

I tried to walk to the restaurants in town, but it was so hot. No problem. I eventually found a taxi. Keep in mind, one purpose of. Y travel is to walk everywhere!

The F&B needs to get their stuff together. They dont serve appetizing food, comabtive staff, and the supervisor of the lobby eaterie was dirty, smelled awful, and was threatening. Very very disgusted with his demeanor and responses.
This is 13USD. Half of it was onions and fat. So unappealing and horrible service.

This hotel is located rather remote from town but all other conditions were excellent. Clean, nice swimming pools, breakfast, beautiful garden, kindness and breathtaking view.

Comfortable and clean!

The front desk staff was most helpful and accommodating. Additionally, when I arrived at my room, the housekeeper had just checked it for cleanliness and assured me that she would bring me whatever I needed.

Property was kind of sus at first. The room had an old lady stitch when we first entered and the tv didn’t connect to the wifi. Toilet made loud sounds. There were sudden creaking noise coming from the vent area

This hotel is quite old and it shows inside the rooms. While clean, the carpets were stained, furniture is in poor condition; however, I’m not sure if updates are being done post 2023 typhoon Mawar. We were looking forward to a free weaving class we had signed up for, but with the tsunami advisory, they cancelled the class. No big deal, but every single other thing at the hotel was still open and running (ie restaurants, pools, bar, etc) — so that was a bummer. One thing to note, the blinds in the bathroom do not offer any privacy. So if staying w/ someone that isn’t family, that could be quite awkward showering with the blinds wide open. They don’t pull down the entire length of the window so you can see through the bottom portion. Parking is super easy and convenient. Extremely friendly staff and service. There really isn’t anywhere to walk to that’s close by, but very accessible with a car. Other than the rooms being a bit outdated, we enjoyed our stay nonetheless!

Brewer Stay

The room was a bit dated, there were some very small ants in the room and not enough hot water. But your service, breakfast’s, the free happy hour in the evening more than made up for it. The 2 pools were great too. On a scale of 1 to 10 ( 10 being the highest) I would rank you from 8.5!to9. The maid service was top noch also
