There is nothing positive that I can say about this property, staff are not hospitable, are not polite and in need for a huge makeover training and development. Restaurant staff are rude and ignorant and would do anything to NOT please you or even just deliver what they set out to do, for example, I asked for 3 fried eggs as I do not eat anything else, and I was met with hostility and lot of questioning and then when they finally gave me the eggs, I only got two and they were not cooked properly, so I left them behind and went out to a local eatery. On Tuesday 23rd, the plumbers shut down the water supply for a maintenance procedure, but they did not inform anyone, and when the water was back an hour or so later, and when I turned the shower on, for the first 3 to 5 minutes, the water was brown, very brown, if of it was mixed with mud or something similar. Not once did they inform anyone, well not me (705). When I checked in, they said they do not accept a local cheque, as they only accept cash or local debit card or any credit card, so I had not choice but to use my Amex, on the proviso it they just hold an amount, but my statement showed that the whole amount was taken and on Monday 22nd, I gave them cash and they refunded me, but I was told that my refund will come in 10 days time, so clearly I was misled, clearly the policy too grey to understand, so I will not be going back there in July 2024, as I will be booking with another property.

The location was great. Close to the train station, shopping mall and restaurants etc. On checking in we were told that the 3 bed room that we booked didn't exist. When i offered to show my booking confirmation I was told that this is a very common mistake made by Expedia and there was no need for me to show the confirmation. We were given a double bed room with a mattress on the floor as the extra bed. No compensation offered. Double bed mattress was very hard as was sleeping on the floor! Overall not a very comfortable nights sleep!

It was a bed and that's about it. Bathroom was in pretty bad shape. The bright spots were the breakfast and location.

Well located
Good value hotel, well located in the centre of Tangier. Walking distance to beach, City Mall shopping centre and resteraunts. Free parking at front of hotel. Very comfortable bed. Hotel starting to get a little worn in places but no issues. Breakfast buffet had no fresh fruit.

As a traveller who’s spent many years in the hotel business a word of advice…if it’s in the room make sure it works! Repairs and Maintenance department needs a revamp … The rooms aren’t cleaned properly,..toilet, air con filter, shower doesn’t drain, part of shower door only opens halfway. Shall I go on? Pick up your game it’s woeful.

The hotel is in in very nice location , close to the beach and the train station as well , room is clean and very nice. The only issue is that the staff do not answer the phones , I tried to call the hotel several times before my arrival to check if they can arrange for my pick up from the CTM bus station and they never answer , I also contacted them by email and they never answer .. I highly recommend this hotel but make sure you do not need to contact them for anything prior to arrival . The check in was fine , I reserved from hotels.com and my reservation was there , so no problem with reservation

Worn off property, terrible pillows Very limited (baguette, one type of cheese and orange juice) breakfast absolutely not worth the money. The only welcome words we received from staff were our room number. No welcome, no breakfast hours, no time to check out, not even the direction to the room. And I may expect this attitude elsewhere it chain hotels should maintain certain standards of,but it seems Accor forgot they have this property in their portfolio . Disappointing

The location of this property is nice and central to everything we wanted to do. It’s a bigger chain type hotel so we expected a certain level of professionalism and hospitality which we didn’t receive. The only two things about this hotel that are worth noting is the bed was comfortable and the shower was big and nice. Now to address the lack of professionalism. The front desk staff was not helpful at all. When you call reception from the room they don’t answer. We needed our room key reactivated because they deactivated it, there were four people standing there, one was helping a guest the other three just stood there looking at us waiting. We ordered from a food delivery service the front desk refused to help the delivery driver to contact our room (which they did the previous time) and is usually what they do. When my husband went downstairs to speak to the front desk about not answering the phone and to grab our order he asked the rep why he wasn’t answering the phone and the rep gave an excuse to not hearing the phone or possibly being on the other line (we tried MULITPLE times to reach the front desk, no answer). The previous night we called because we ran out of toilet paper, no answer from the reception desk. When my husband went downstairs the reps sit behind the wall and don’t come out unless security notifies them there is someone waiting. The other complaints about only 2 towels and the hotel rooms being very minimal are true. Breakfast not worth it, very basic.

Hotel price is higher comparing to others in the city, so does the food . The staff are wired and unfriendly, we didn’t fell we’re welcomed! Constructions noises around the hotel wake you up so early. Bathroom had two towels only (for two people). This is a business hotel, and we weren’t happy about this choice!

The towel is as dirty as floor mop. they give you two dirty looking about 15 years old towel turn from white to brown color. I didn't think that was a towel when I first saw it. I couldn't put that on my skin. I end up using my pajama as a towel for 4 days. They deactivate the door card every day so you have to go back and activate it daily. so inconvenient.
