"Check-in was contactless, via a tablet, and quite smooth. Room lock is via a passcode so no need to worry about number of room cards. Apartment is quite roomy for our family of three, with a bedroom (with one double and one single bed), plus a larger living room (also with one double bed and one single bed). Even included a 3 person sofa and a small side table. Overall a very nice stay. Highly recommended for family of 3-4 persons. Can accommodate 6 but probably a squeeze."

"There is no AC in the room at this time of the year, only heater. The weather is not cold enough to turn on the heater, therefore, the room is a bit too warm."

"The room is clean and really spacious, the area is safe yet near Hakata station. There's a proper drop-off to get taxis.The staff are also helpful with request such as loans of umbrellas and how to sort out the parking requests. Many amenities within the room. Only shortcomings are lacking of self-service laundry and the onsen is fairly small. I ordered something and the staff helped me to keep and delivered to the room. Excellent service. Will stay here again if opportunities arise. "
