"Worst nightmare possible !
Absolutely no support from Hotels.com. We were treated terribly by the hotel staff, and the room was a complete disaster. I stay over 120 nights per year using this platform, and this was by far the worst experience of my life. What made it even worse was the total lack of respect and support from Hotels.com."

Pero la verdad es que sufrimos un error grave, todo el edificio quedo sin agua, nosotros con 2 niños menores de 3 años, fue un caos, tuvimos que cambiarnos de pieza a las 12 de la noche, sin ayuda de nadie, maletas, cuna, todo.
