Best hotel to stay in Tashkent. Over all atmosphere is very goods and very soothing. Staff at the reception and breakfast are excellent, very polite and helpful. Shop Owner near the hotel entrance Mr. Omar was very kind and polite. Purchased some gifts from his shop.

In general, this is a good hotel, probably one of the best in Tashkent, but there are some things that don't meet the level of service you would find in Hyatt properties in other countries. Great breakfast staff, good room service, and kind front desk staff. I can't understand the logic of leaving only decaf coffee capsules for the coffee maker, and I had to remind them about that on each of my last four stays at this hotel. Also, the hair salon could learn some lessons about proper service and interactions with customers. Actually, the barber was quite good, but the male administrator at the reception of the salon was really, really bad. The first time I tried to reserve a haircut, I couldn't because he was busy on the phone ordering his food delivery. Then, when I did get a haircut, they had no way for me to pay other than with cash...very rude and probably should not be dealing with customers ever. Bad association for the hotel in general.

Overall it was a pleasant stay, the staff is well trained , especially front desk and people at restaurants, so called security or people at the entrance booth are rude and need to be fired or trained at least. It was a nice touch having fresh fruits at the room upon arrival. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of food. Pool area is good. Property starts showing it’s age and needs some TLC. Do recommend!

Staff is very pleasant and nice, assistance is at the top level, but the hotel overall is a bit old style, not modern, for that i found it overpriced. Buffet breakfast and dinner has wonderful selection given post covid changes.

Very good hotel. As a business traveler, two comments: 1. I would expect a coffee / tea set in the room 2. Business center should have some basic refreshments for business meetings - tea, coffee, water, some cookies.

Highly recommended, central and convenient.
Great hotel with great service and welcoming faces. Hotel crew were extremely friendly and provided professional and polite service. Large beautiful swimming pool is located on 7th floor, nice breakfast.
