Well let's start from beginning and I describe full story how it was with above mature Azerbaijan asylum seeker, who migrated in the UK about 30 years ago and apparently lives in London. First of all, I would like to mention that he was greediest person I've ever had anyone in the hotel for the last 8 years. According to his reservation, he was booked under cheapest economy/budget room category, with discounted current price of about 15$ USD per night. Upon arrival in the hotel at about 10am on the morning, he asked Mia if there was chance for him to have breakfast (surcharge) as he wanted to have breakfast before check-in. Mia politely explained as it is last minute request without notification in advance, we could serve him breakfast but however not in his reserved (Saburtalo) location, we could only serve him breakfast in our Mia B&B OLD Tbilisi hotel branch where we had scheduled breakfast with other guests as well, also Mia explained him politely in case of transfer he should stay there for other days as well as we were providing FREE transfer in between hotels. So eventually, he agreed with offer and Mia organized FREE taxi ride from Mia B&B Tbilisi hotel to Mia B&B OLD Tbilisi hotel. So upon his arrival, I (Nikoloz) greet him at the reception and welcome him in our restaurant, so I am assuming after breakfast he would stay in OLD Tbilisi hotel branch. During the breakfast time, he also asked me to help him with new Georgian sim-card activation and also with top up as balance was run out there. After serving him very well in the hotel and as soon as he finished his breakfast, he advised that he needs to go back to Mia B&B Tbilisi as he needs to go there for treatment on daily basis and OLD Tbilisi branch location (3KM) is currently far from his hospital. After having this information, I told him ok no problem as it was some misunderstanding in between you and Mia, so in this case, please pay for Taxi ride and you are most welcome to go back to Mia B&B Tbilisi hotel (Saburtalo) again. But surprisingly he started voice up and shouting me at the reception, also he refused to pay any extra money for Taxi, requested me to organise FREE taxi ride for him as it was his offer. This was too much from him when I told him that he should really appreciate people's time and services as he seemed to be quite greedy person who do not care and value other people's time and service whatever they do for him he is still unhappy. Then I took him in my car as I didn't want him to disturb my other hotels guest and after 2 minutes ride, I stop my vehicle and told him to leave my car as I was not going to offer him FREE ride anymore, this was punish from my side and I left him on the street, so he could take taxi and pay for him. Because of this incident, he intentionally wrote bad review, but sometimes when you trying to do your nest, some unfair guests think they are entitled to do everything if they paid room price.

We identify you despite of fact you left your low points review under anonymously, you were group of 3 males from Turkey who arrived very early morning at about 6am on July 1 without any arrival time notice in advance. Your reserved hotel room policy said check-in from July 1 after 14:00pm (hotel normal room check-in time), But you arrived before check-in time, that's why you were asked politely to pay for early check-in fee as it is standard in every hotels in the world. You didn't like to pay extra fees for immediate check-in but also you didn't want to wait until 2pm,eventually you did pay, that's why you got upset and now you are rating us with very low points, but please keep in mind this check-in time policy it is worldwide and not only in our hotel.So I highly recommend you to book hotel rooms from night before if your stay requires early check-in time for next time in order to avoid any further disappointments. .

We all (Entire staff and hotel management team) are also very disappointed from above Swedish group of 4 male boys who stayed in our place under BUDGET/ECONOMY ROOM categories for discounted price of 20$ USD per night per room. You uploaded your nasty review under anonymous in order us not to identify you, but fortunately we did identify you.Normally Swedish people are very nice and rich tourists, they are spending much more money in hotels than you actually did. They are value clients for hotel as they are taking other services such as ordering breakfast, getting drinks from bar, ordering sightseeing tours in Georgia, but non of these extra services applies for above greedy and cheap swedish males who didn't spend even one single Lari (Georgian currency) for extra services. P.S I highly recommend you to check your paid room price first in future and then have appropriate expectation from the hotel, if you pay cheapest room price in the hotel you shouldn't have expectation someone will greet you with Limousine car, bottle of champagne and bowl of fruit salad...
