"Just an overnight stay before dropping iff our son at Newcastle Uni digs. Ample free parking. A very friendly and helpful receptionist. From the decor it looked like the hotel was a premier inn in a former life. Just needs a bit of tlc and updating, but was more than adequate for us, very comfortable ..."

"Hotel is in a fantastic location, but unfortunately our first room had moths in it. They did try to clean it - but they remained. The hotel staff did change our room eventually and gave us a free drink and breakfast - but it was still an inconvenience."
