I arrived at the hotel at 11 AM. Check-in was not until 3 PM. They gave me my room at 11 AM. I appreciated that because I had been traveling and I needed a shower. The staff was very warm and kind.
The hotel seems to cater mainly to local visitors as many instructions are not available in English. Not much of a lobby to say. Lobby staff (day shift) are not friendly and helpful. We had an ocean view room. Small but okay. The only pleasant surprise is the restaurant that has really good food. I’d say stay elsewhere but do go eat at the restaurant.
Nice quirky hotel, great price and value. Beautiful breakfast included.
Some areas in need of a little paint and upgrade but all in all very nice would come back again

The hotel is fairly good. It stands on a very good location just on the beach. But there are a couple of water spills most likely coming from air conditioners, a bit disappointing.
Great spot right by the beach! Great room decor, nice and clean, comfy bed and pillows, fluffy towels, and lots of water pressure. Only small complaint would be that there isn’t a real shower door or curtain so it’s pretty much impossible to not get water on the floor if you take a shower. I’d still stay there again though. Overall great experience.

Our room was so small that we had to squeeze past each other. The hotel ignored my request for seperate beds and we had to wait an extra 45 minutes after checking in for them to sort it out.

Dingy and smelly corridors. Alarms at 0100h with no explanation on p/a.
Overall not great for what it is charging per night, unhelpful checkin experience, poor facilities, dirty windows, no place to hang towels, water leaks from shower room to the toilet, staff generally don’t seem to be helpful or friendly, overall not great.
Great support from reception, really poor work from celaning staff

The shower area was too small. You need to install shelves in the shower area. Need place to put soap and towels in the shower. Install shelves in the toile area as well. Leave Multiple small hand rags for each person in the room.
This hotel was up there among one of the grossest I’ve been to. And the smoke alarm went off at 3am for the entire hotel because someone decided to attempt smoking in their room, if that should give you any indication of the type of hotel this is.
We were a bit hesitate booking this after reading a few of the negative reviews. However we are so glad we did!
The location of this place is absolutely phenomenal. Beach front with a perfect view for sunset, walking distance from jaffa and neve tzedek, and so many restaurants and coffee shops near by.
Our room highlights were the view (ask for a south western facing room on a high floor), comfortable bedding, in-room Nespresso machine, and the shower pressure.
The balcony area with hot-tubs were a bit gimmicky but we enjoyed the loungers. I wish they had more beach towels set out regularly.
The room is small but we knew that going into it so this didn’t bother us. Their website sometimes offers a third night free, so don’t forget to check that before you book. For what we paid - 5 stars!

Be aware that they don’t tell you where to park, as an Israeli I made it my way but I feel so bad for foreigners because they give you 0 information. The rooms are cute but tiny, the location is good, the service at checkin is a different story. Would I stay again there? No, never. Their sun roof is ok, but don’t expect sun early as it comes from the other side, the view is amazing. The view from the room not that much and one of the windows didn’t open. The bathroom while clean and “sexy” is definitely small, don’t expect American sizes.
Trop long à tout écrire
A fuir !
