Nice Condo with Roof Terrace in Tel-Aviv

Stay was nice and comfortable. Convenience store in the corner, which was great. Location does not offer any parking and it was quite stressful finding some. Otherwise, place is nice, clean and pretty spacious.

Underwhelmed and disappointed

As a family of 4, we thought the penthouse apartment would be a good option. Sadly this stay, after staying at 4 different Brown hotels on this trip, was a poor choice. The room amenities listed did not really exist in what we booked. There was no room safe. the room was never serviced in the three nights we were there. Clean Towels were not available for over 24hrs. There were no cleaning products to wash the cups and mugs we used. All the crockery was chipped. The cutlery was a random Mish mash. There were no side tables next to the bed at all, which proved to be inconvenient. The residence property is not at the address provided. It was 6 buildings away, which is fine, but not the four flights of stairs and no lift! Although they took our luggage to the room, shlepping it down was not so easy. While the breakfast at the Bobo hotel was good and the location convenient, we were so underwhelmed and disappointed after so many pervious great stays at Brown hotels.

Great little hotel

We loved the room, their service was wonderful. Our only problem was that we couldn't figure out how to work the air conditioner. We arrived in the wee hours of the morning so we just opened a window since we were on the 4th or 5th floor up.

very very bad hotel communications not good enough staff have bad behavior when guests in hotel every time work going on no privacy at all no hot water on time when booked hotel we message that we want ground floor room they email back said do not worry your room is ground floor but when we reached hotel they gave 2'nd floor room with no lift very bad experience after 4 days we had to move to another hotel
