"The staff at this hotel is truly exceptional. They provided excellent customer service, and I had a wonderful conversation with the young lady who checked me in. I also had a pleasant interaction with one of the cleaning ladies. Both were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very well-maintained, and parking is convenient. My vehicle is securely parked, which is a plus. I definitely plan to return in the future."

"went for a conference that was literally across the street. happy to have stayed here. keep in mind what others have said regarding the extra money you have to put down as a safety deposit once you arrive. breakfast was good, staff was accommodating. felt safe due in-part to the key only access at the front. "Not super familiar with Downtown Oakland but it was close to everywhere I needed to be. Staff was very nice and even called me a cab when I woke up hungover with a dead phone and got me to the train station on time with just 11 dollars in my pocket. "
