"The hotel was excellent for a family holiday. Wonderful food and facilities. Modern, clean and friendly. The walk to the centre of town was short and there was a shop very local for any bits extra you need. An absolutely fabulous place to stay. Highly recommended."

"Great Pool, perfekt Location for walking to the center and the one Beach where we went. Probl3m for the Beach is its not possible to swimm in the Ocean because of the constant big waves. The food was good, not so many choices but ok for 7 days. The drinks at dinner time we need to pay extra, that something that we didn't knew. However the Hotel is good and a would come again if a travel to Puerto de la Cruz someday again 🙂"
