The hotel in general is good, staff very supportive. However, it took them two days to fix the AC problem, which means all customers have heated air instead of cooled air... Couldn't sleep in a sauna-like room.
They did however provided a Dyson fan for the second night which helps a bit. It is a shame about the AC issue, otherwise it would be a good stay.
Also it is good to note that the entrance for the hotel is for group customer only, other customer shall enter the hotel via the kenko land entrance.
