Nice pool and lawn, family friendly, but the rooms are very bare minimum, the beddings looked used up, the bathrooms are super humble the food is very humble and service takes forever. The air conditioning struggled to keep temperature, none of this would be any importance to me if I had paid a modest price, but they charged us 187 american dollars for one night when i paid 65 for incredibly better hotels in Mexico City with a pool and all the amenities comparable to good American hotels. It was a rip off.

Site is very expensive compared to other places near by they would not even lend me a cork screw they wanted to charge me 400 pesosez. Additionaly they charge me for a minor defect on there furtinture which was damaged when qe arived another 500 pesos and they would not accept i paid via expedia so i would not recomend them bad service over priced small room dirty corners and cleatly looking to charge for anything and ever thing sdditionaly floors are vety slippery no saftey tape on stairs o took a bad spile on wet tile and at chrck put they ask for moremoney for damges already existing in unit beware and take photos before check in erything.wanted without chargeong me 400 pesos

El personal de la recepción y del restaurante siempre atentos y amables. Las áreas del restaurante y de la alberca son hermosas y la vista es muy bonita. Nosotras nos hospedamos en la master suite y sinceramente no vale lo que cuesta, es amplia y muy limpia, pero los muebles son muy básicos y están desgastados, entiendo que eso no es responsabilidad del personal sino de la administración.

Esta bonito, solo que me dieron un cuarto que no me gusto, pedí otro me lo negaron y luego no servia el aire acondicionado y ahi si me tubieron que cambiar. Yo voy a descansar no ha estar pidiendo que hagan su trabajo y lo tengan al 100 todo. El desayunó es continental, se tardan en atender x, no regresare. hay servicios mejores por el mismo precio

En términos generales excelente; sin embargo, tuvimos la no muy buena experiencia con una recepcionista un tanto cuanto negativa. Asimismo, consideramos que no deberían ser tan estrictos en no permitir beber alguna bebida que no sea adquirida dentro de las instalaciones del hotel. Ya que como es de esperar, salimos varias veces al centro de Tepoz y traíamos alguna bebida y nos obligaron prácticamente a tirarla ya que nos indicaron que no podíamos beberla en el jardín. Por lo demás excelente atención por parte de un recepcionista y de las chicas del aseo.
