I book a room last minute and when I reach the front office, the receptionist says there is no booking number, decided she can't accommodate me as the hotel is full and goes to do her own thing until I ask for the manager which he promptly says he is still organizing the new booking documentation.
The room itself is nice but the lighting panel is faulty which causing all lights to goes off a few time in the evening. The door is insensitive to the door card. The faucet spits rather than flow. The office chair is damaged beforehand. The fridge is warm. No safe in room. The worst of all, I do not feel welcome to the hotel, the onlt smile I have is from the maintenance guy and the doorman. I shouldn't have pick this hotel just to save a few more bucks.
