"Nice and clean hotel. Staff seemed to be limited butt friendly. Parking was completely insufficient. The hotel was at least 16 floors the parking garage only had 3 floors and a small parking lot off site for parking. "

"I gave this place five stars because the service was incredible. When I first arrived, I was placed in a room that I wasn't necessarily satisfied with. They were stains all over the floor, the bathroom was not clean, and there were stains on the furniture. I flew in for the Beyoncé concert so I did the best I could to clean the room quickly and luckily, I had some shower shoes to walk around in until I finished getting dressed. When I bought my concerns to the Concierge downstairs, he was very kind and let me know that They will have a different room waiting for me when I got back. When I got back, I was put into a suite. The room was immaculate, super clean, and very comfortable! Definitely much more of an upgrade than I was expecting. This made my trip all the better, and I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. And shout out again to the amazing service I received! You guys deserve raises!! "

"I love the balcony view, especially when it is rainy and moody on the island. Stayed before the 4th crowds. It was enjoyable, but pool restrooms were a Titanic disaster! crowded, but doable. More staff was needed. The inhouse restaurant is always decent with reliable bar food. I like the beach access also. The rinse off showers need maintenance."
