"Positive Good location, accessible by BTS station. Near major shopping malls. Plenty of choices for food around the hotel. Spacious for a standard room and comes with basic amenities. Prompt and good hospitality service from the front desk, concierge, housekeeping and F&B team Negative Strong musky smell in the room, which causes an unpleasant stay when in the room"

"Even though it’s I booked room listed as riverview view, it’s actually a canal view….however I still like it and totally enjoy the view since the breakfast room is just besides the canal where you can see plenty of fishes and the occasional water monitor lizards in the canal. River view room is also very quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Khaosan Road. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was not extravagant but I would say it’s good enough and matching the price I paid. The only small setback is that there’s no gym facilities in the hotel. Would definately book this hotel again for my next trip"
