The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. I highly recommend Bi Ecosuites while in Hanoi. "

"Was a lovely stay. Staff were very attentive, and helped with everything we needed. After checkout they had a free service to hold our bags until our bus time which gave us time to explore without our bags and a shower service before we left to freshen up before leaving. Would highly recommend staying here as it is close to everywhere around old quarter."
"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel - the welcome from the team was personal and lovely, especially as I was travelling solo. I stayed in an Old Quarter Suite and it was perfect. Being in the heart of the Old Quarter the rooms are bijoux but still lovely and my room was at the back so overlooked other buildings but this made it quiet at night.
The pool area is tiny but fine for a quick cool off on a hot day. Breakfast is great. The massage at the spa one of the best I’ve ever had.

"We loved our stay here. Very walkable and convenient location. Great rooftop bar and breakfast which is included. Most of all the staff were amazing! Very helpful and went out of their way to provide the best experience. We left to the airport at 11 pm after checking out in the morning, and they kindly offered us a shower and chance to freshen up after a long day of sightseeing. Highly recommend this hotel!"
