"We were very happy with the room, the view from the balcony. Our balcony door was stuck and maintenance came to our room within minutes and had the door working within 15 minutes from the call. Great breakfast buffet. Our stay was very enjoyable!"

"The hotel amenities were as advertised. However, with that many kids running around having a great time, the pools were kind of gross and dirty. Our room was spacious and nice. However, it was worn out. Lots of little broken things - rip in the couch, carpet coming up in places, dirty grout in bathroom, stove eyes all bent up, kitchen hardware felt sticky, dishwasher missing a wheel on the inside cart. Nothing that impeded the stay and my kids certainly didn't notice... they were having too much fun! One day, our door wouldn't open. The maintenance staff was quick and super kind! (The lock just needed new batteries.) Our view of the ocean was spectacular! I really like having lifeguards on the beach!"
