"Really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is quiet, and is friendly. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had the amenities for a comfortable stay. They also have a pretty good breakfast every morning. I was able to cook meals with ease in the double burner stove and the room comes with necessary kitchen utensils, pots and pans. "Well, we did love staying here. It was only a it was a misunderstanding in the room that we booked we want one with the patio and preferably on the first floor because I had a handicap person with me, but I should’ve communicated that before arriving and confirmed when I was reserving the room however the rooms was still nice and clean, and the staff mostly was great They even let us stay an extra night because of the elevator inconvenience they had to stuck on the third floor during checkout we weren’t ready to leave anyway, so the fact that they were even able to compensate us for that was amazing. Overall, the manager was great and the morning staff was amazing housekeeping was also very sweet when assisting my mother with getting extra towels and a blanket. "
"Great polite, front desk restaurant very clean and good menu. The people are always very kind and courteous the whole staff from the parking ballot to the restaurant people Starbucks is very near. The lobby is always full of happy friendly traveling people you can sit and talk in the winter time. The fireplace is awesome. The Christmas tree I just love this hotel and I absolutely love the environment and I love Avalon. May God continue to bless each individual that worked there."
