"Excellent location very easy to get in & out of the city via tram. Apartment was very clean & spacious had everything we needed along with a balcony, staff were fast to respond to any messages I send before arriving & didn’t see anyone when I was there just how I like it! Easy self check-in & out overall a fantastic place at a good price would definitely recommend this place to anyone & hopefully I’ll return one day. Thanks for everything we had a blast what a lovely city to visit ❤️"

"Absolutely stunning hotel, thanks so much to Michelle & the staff at reception who made our stay very memorable. City Centre is a 15-20 minute walk, but it is a very pleasant walk that we decided to do every day. Lavov Most metro is nearby and is only 1 stop to Serdika station in the city centre if you prefer this option. When we come back to Sofia we will stay at this hotel again. One of the best I have stayed in. Rooms are so comfortable and clean! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"No a bad stay; the room had everything I needed and the staff were wonderful and very helpful. The only thing I didn’t care for was the smell emanating from the pipes in the bathroom in my room. I had to leave the bathroom window to the streets open and the bathroom door to the room closed to manage the stench. I believe the issue was not specific to my room but the pipes in the whole hotel."
