"Carpet in the room was moist like water had been leaking somewhere under it near the bathroom. Also water marks or stains on carpet let it had been going on for some time "

"The hotel was going through a renovation. It will probably be great when its done, but the rooms needed some work, the bed wasnt very comfy, due to the renovation there was no breakfast (part of the reason we chose the hotel), the fitness center was a nice size but of the 3 treadmills - only one worked but the elevation buttons didn’t work quite right."

"Found a huge cockroach on my pillow 3am. Had to sleep in my car the rest of the night with small children. Management was not on sight and waited all day to speak with someone. Money was refunded. Please check under the pillows are bed before sleeping. We were told it’s a water front property and it’s expected. "
