"Exceptional hotel. Close to everything you need (good food, shopping, Madison Sq park), and the hotel is one of the best in the city. Big rooms, great staff, and some great views depending on the room you get!"

"I was greeted with a smile, and the check-in process was very smooth. However, there was a mix-up with my room; I had a single bed instead of a double bed since I was staying with my sister. They promptly changed my room. The restaurant and bar have a cool and relaxed atmosphere, and I would definitely go back."
"Room was great, bed was comfortable, only suggestion is adding a mirror in the room due to the small size of the bathroom with 2 trying to get ready. And maybe make the desk smaller to put a suitcase out. No place to put suitcase rack without tripping on it in."
