"Our stay at the Makkah Royal Clock Tower Fairmont was wonderful. The location was perfect, safe, convenient, and just steps away from the Haram. The view from our room was breathtaking, and we truly enjoyed it every day. The hotel sits above a quiet shopping center, which made it easy to find anything we needed without the crowds.

"Amazing location and great service. Buffet breakfast was second to none specially Shehzad Ahmed the person covering the area my family and myself were seated was the best. We missed him on the day he was off. Excellent place to stay. We really enjoyed staying here. My wife and kids are already asking me to come back and stay here next year. Amazing place.

"Food was really nice,with a lot of options in the buffet. We had a king suite which was nice and spacious.
Staff were very nice and approachable.
We dod experience one issue in that we noticed some bed bug bites. We did not see any bed bugs ourselves but we reported it nonetheless. Special mention goes to Riyaz Haniffa who came to resolve. He arranged for all our luggage to be transferred to another more superior room suite with fantastic views and arranged for complementary refreshments for the inconvenience. It was good to see that they take hygeine concerns so seriously. Stayed at this hotel twice now and would definitely return in future."
