"Hi we always have a lovely stay at your hotel and I've given Google reviews to say so. I thought I would just mention though that this time our room was a let down. It was more of a cosy room than an executive. No where to put anything and my partner smashed his head twice. I would say it was more like the staffs quarters from years ago. I would recommend you just check the rooms description because apart from the towels nothing else was executive about it. But, we love your hotel and you know that I just wanted to give you some feedback."

"Excellent value—same rate as a Travelodge but significantly better quality. It’s clean, secure, and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and free parking, and the location is ideal with 24-hour McDonald's and M&S store nearby."
