"Breakfast was alright. Nothing special. We had an alarm go off in our room at 3am. Family of 4 up during the night for close to 2 hours whilst one guy tried to work out what was wrong. We still don't actually know what caused it. Finally moved to a room where the kids had to share a single bed"

"Very conveniently located for centre of Weybridge and several cafes and restaurants. Allowed to check in early which was very efficiently done. Good blackout curtains in room. No convenient soap provided for a bath as dispenser was locked into a container for the sink. Additional charge for parking in hotel car park disappointing - we managed to find free parking on the street nearby."

"Staff were very friendly & helpful. The room met basic requirements. It really needs a deep clean. No shower gel in the gel dispenser! Having paid for a garden view room, I only saw a slither of grass & a picnic table! Sleep disturbed due to noise by the electric towel rail in the bathroom because when I put it off at the main switch the noise stopped. Description on Expedia was better than reality."
