"We stayed here at Marlin Waterloos for 7 days and it was wonderful! They cleaned the room every 2 days, and were super helpful whenever we had questions. The location was incredible. We were a 2 minute walk from a perfect bus stop to get around and less than 10 minute walk to multiple under grand tube stations and railways. It was only 10 minutes or so walk to many great attractions like the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament and many more. Would highly recommend...

Asked for another room, given key for room 33, also below street level, slightly bigger size, only slight smell of mould. Very narrow stairs to access rooms. Disturbed throughout night by sounds of people somewhere...

"Very accommodating hotel. We were going racing at Sandown and parked at the hotel in the morning before we Checked in. Took a taxi, which they pre-booked for us, to the course. Only improvement I would suggest, minor thing, is the size of the shower head needs to be bigger."
