A family break after a day out at Hampton Court

Check in was a poor start. I really didn't understand what the man was saying, he rushed through everything. We also did not get our free welcome cookie or bottle of water. Wasn't informed of how to access the WiFi & key info wasn't written down anywhere so had to ask again. Then we almost went to the wrong room as the wrong number was written on the card, so the receptionist came rushing upstairs to stop and redirect us. We slept REALLY well. A little train noise but the comfort of the bed put us right to sleep. Air Conditioning was lovely. The receptionist did help us to get that on. Room service was fast. Breakfast was fantastic. Great walks by the river a very short distance away and 7 minutes walk to Kingston Railway Station.

Room service is done only on request but it was not done even after mentioning. Breakfast timings should be extended till 10 a.m. Breakfast should have more options. Except the breakfast team all other team is courteous. The hotel property is placed very strategically. It is near to all amenities. Wishing the small changes would make the hotel the best choice.
