"Old style boozer with rooms above in a bit of a ram-shackle state. Very basic and in a state of disrepair in parts. Bathroom door only on by one hinge, bathroom with bare plaster board and lots of tools and cleaners trolleys in the hallways and a strange diy metal fire escape. Was unable to re enter the hotel to get something we forgot when we left early one morning. Despite this it was a cheap and cheerful place to stay. "

"The hotel was really lovely and very convenient for Mercedes World and the Brooklands museum. I had a trackside bedroom which was brilliant for a Motorsport fan.
It would have been nice to have biscuits in the room with the tea/coffee facilities,but it didn't detract from my enjoyment of my stay . The shower was very powerful and great!
