"Travelled here for a last minute business trip. Very reasonably priced considering location and how expensive other hotels in area were. Late night check in, but was shown to room and they asked if I required food.
Room was clean, quiet and had everything I needed. Good WiFi, very decent size room and enjoyed sitting on the terrace with a cup of tea.
Fridge stocked with actual milk … wine and sparkling water in there, unsure if was complimentary so didn’t touch.
Went to the bar before closing, no draught beers but plenty of cocktails. Was a nice relaxing place to work.
Breakfast in morning was good, very efficient - ordered from menu and lots of choices from juices to coffees. Included in room rate. Lots of pastries too.
All in all, a very quiet, relaxing places to go if you were a couple highly recommended.
Very nice location, not hard to find. Plenty of parking. And a mixture of people staying here.
Staff friendly, guests say hello. Compared to a premier inn, at a similar price certainly a huge upgrade. Would stay again if in area.
Other smalls wins was, cast to tv was great not many hotels have this. Plenty of plug sockets including usb charging.

"Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff though out the stay. Room very clean as was the whole hotel. Bar staff made fabulous cocktails. Breakfast extensive choice, also catered for gluten free & alternative milks available
Only small issue was the swimming pool changing rooms; there was lots of hair on the floor. Also the pool staff need to pay more attention to the guests behaviours, male guest shaving at the side of the pool then using showers to rinse. Future guests need to be made aware of the restricted use of the pool due to swimming lessons. "
"The staff are superb, cooked breakfast is very good, rooms need refreshing but are suitable for my needs, I've stayed several times and always had a good night sleep. "
"A lovely setting by the river, fantastic outdoor seating area. Friendly staff and great sized double room. Personally i found the mattress was very hard but a very enjoyable stay."
"From booking to checkout, all was good. Staff are helpful, especially lady who looks after breakfast (sorry should have got your name).
Older building so floor boards creak but rooms and facilities are great."
