"We wanted a hotel in Leamington with parking. There is a food court close by for meals other than breakfast. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was very good. "

"What a great retreat in the English countryside. The staff here goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Perfect place for a nice getaway. We were also excited to use the Golf Simulator nearby. Our only regret is having to check out. See you next time !"

"A really good base to explore Leamington and catch up with family nearby. Staff were extremely helpful, allowing us to check in early; breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked to order; beds comfy; parking an absolute bonus (but car park fills up quickly). No restaurant but thete are so many within easy walking distance, tjis wasn't a problem at all. The bar looked good but we didn't try it. We will stay here again. Thank you."

"Absolutely unfriendly staff Room poor You have to pay for parking making it expensive Staff abrupt and very poor Toilet dirty/ rusty/and badly stained Breakfast is a travel service station No directions to hotel if you get wrong side it’s a 14 mile drive to get to other side Will never use again"
