"Took a flyer on the stay at the apartment complex instead of hotel. Was nervous bc pictures are usually deceiving. It was perfect. Everyone at the complex from check in to neighbors that live there were all just nice and congenial. Within walking distance to great restaurants. And they have a nice hangout area in the 5th floor for a bit of scenic spots pleasure and there’s fire pits that we were able to light. I don’t normally write reviews but for the price I will definitely be back next month on my work trip"

"Pool area was really only cleaned up once a day. Old towles piled up and any beverages that were deliverd/ left, sat around all day. The towles were not replaced during the day."

"Really cute and clean roooms as well as beautiful common areas. Bar and restaurant were good and stayed busy. The spa was a highlight of the trip with excellent services and staff. It was a little bit of a challenge to get a pool chair so I recommend getting there early. By lunch time there were a lot of chairs being "saved" with towels/shoes etc with no one using them for hours adding some sort of policy around this would improve the experience. Overall loved the hotel and would come back again in a heartbeat."

"The property is very beautiful, however, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors talk, kids, doors slam, etc. Same for the cleaning ladies, they start early and it’s very noisy due to the thin walls. Having said all that. We do want to stay here again next year. Just have the expectation that it’s not quiet/peaceful. "

"My daughter and I had a wonderful trip to The Sanctuary in Scottsdale. The location is perfect- very close for hiking Camelback, close to great shopping and the best restaurants in town. My daughter and I spent a week at this resort and will definitely be back. "
