"The room and hotel was clean and I was upgraded to a suite but, it was for a handicapped person and the bed was very very low. I just had back surgery which the bathroom was perfect but not the bed."

"The front desk person was very helpful when we arrived. It was late and he recommended a nearby place (walking distance) to eat and was helpful with information for the shuttle we needed the next day. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. "

"We liked the ease of getting to the airport via the skytrain. The hotel rooms are a little outdated as far as mattresses. We stayed at Aloft Northwest when we got to Austin, TX. It’s an affiliate of Marriott and the bed there was amazing. Maybe check into what mattresses they have there. "
