"We booked this to be near PBI and in light of multiple positive reviews. We were, therefore, surprised with our experience. The staff was fine. The room was poorly maintained. The toilet didn't flush completely, the dehumidifier had an error code and didn't run, the room was cold, but turning on the heat created a melted plastic smell which caused the smoke detector to alarm."

"The room was great and the bar was well stocked. We could not get the water the right temperature. It was scalding hot. "

"The reception looks better than the rooms. They still have those cheap shower curtains rather than glass. The beds/rooms look clean. Breakfast was ok. Be mindful of extra random charges. Check your bill. "

"The staff are very good. The hotel is clean. BUT The neighborhood felt unsafe. There was trash around the block, and someone I spoke with at a nearby restaurant said he and his aunt were mugged in broad daylight but the cops intervened in time. That concerned me as I had my little dog with me and had to be outside walking her, sometimes in the dark. "

"My son had a wedding at The Ben and invited me, his mom, to tag along , but i did not want to stay at a big impersonal hotel. Casa Grandview was the perfect alternative. Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise with us! "
