"Excellent stay. The room view was superb and with good amenities, the breakfast was great, and the staff was lovely. The spa was a nice touch after skiing sessions and required bookings in advance which was not a problem if done in advance. Jorge of reception staff was amazing with great recommendations for day trips and advice. My only point for improvement is the quality of the toilet paper which is subpar for this stay's pricepoint. Otherwise, everything was excellent."

"The first night we were given an extremely noisy room. Really dirty. Some of the sheets had hair on them. When I made the beds, I found dirty tissues between mattress and bed frame. Skirting boards were filthy; bath full of mould. We were moved to a different room and it was much quieter, but still the place is run down and overall dirty. "

"Check-in was fine, especially given that we made a last-minute booking so we could go to QC Terme the next day. However, at around 9:30 p.m., my partner sustained a bleeding cut to the arm from the shower gel bottle holder in the shower, which is a confined space. We called the hotel's emergency number and asked for a plaster, as the reception was open until around 7pm only. The manager stated the hotel had "zero responsibility" to assist or provide a plaster. She said we could either go to the hospital or call an ambulance (which seems disproportionate), but we should not suggest that the injury was associated with the hotel. She also told my partner that we were “accusing the hotel” and "interrupting her evening", asked whether we were "trying to obtain reimbursement", and said my partner should "take responsibility for their own carelessness" and "stop acting like a child". We were concerned by the response. Most concerningly, she said words to the effect that we could be "blacklisted" and unable to stay at other hotels in the region if we pursue this complaint. The mezzanine staircase had no guardrail and we found it challenging at night, and the bathroom cups were rusted inside and out. We had stayed at another hotel in Chamonix for a week previously without any issue, so it's inappropriate to suggest that guests would fabric issues for monetary gains. The manager eventually agreed to provide a plaster at the reception in the morning, which we never received. "

"The rooms were clean and sparse. The loft rooms were fun with kids but would be very difficult for anyone over 6’ to manage. The staff was okay. They weren’t exceptionally friendly. Very limited English speakers so made it difficult at times. They take your card to have on file for incidentals but you can’t actually charge anything to your room. The restaurant was not great. The video games are cool but good luck using them. Usually two people would be camped out for the evening at then. Also didn’t love the location. Next time we will stay in Chamonix so we don’t have to wait on the bus. The busses run every 30 mins and are almost always late and over crowded. "
