"Location"

"Loved our stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great and room was too. The only issue was that the elevator doors would close extremely fast and would not bounce back once they made contact with a person. On 2 occasions someone else in the elevator had to push the doors open. I returned home with a very large bruise on my shoulder. Hopefully, the elevator has been adjusted by now as it could be very dangerous."

"The hotel is nestled in the financial district with many tourist attractions within walking distance. The freedom tower, stock exchange, battery park, and many many more attractions located nearby. The staff was super friendly and eager to help with any questions. There is also several places to eat around the hotel plus the a restaurant on-site. The subway system is also near."

"Great location and very convenient, clean, modern room with lots of storage and enough space for 4 to sleep comfortably. We appreciated the kitchen that made our breakfast easy every morning. Nice and free laundry facilities (bring your own detergent). Why not 5 stars? - The room only had a built-in desk and one chair. It would be nice to put some round table and 3 more chairs there, especially that there was enough space for it. Having a full kitchen but no place to eat was a bit strange. - Communication was mixed. They never responded to my messages on Expedia (regarding early check in). I ended up finding the hotel's direct website, registered there, for which I got an SMS from a number to which I was able to text back and get response immediately. As the hotel is listed on Expedia, it would be nice if they responded to standard platform's messaging like other hotels do, without me finding out ways to contact them."
