"We were alone in the place the whole MLK weekend and were necer up early enough for breakfast, but the place was super clean and a very good space for the price. We're definitely coming back. Also a great location for not having a car. Walking to restaurants or bars is quick and easy, or to the subway if you're going further. A final note--we had a late flight on our last day (7pm) and Jean Phillipe let us stay right up until 4pm to leave for the flight, when the published check out time is...

"Staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel had an adequate breakfast and the amenities in the hotel and the rooms were good. The rooms were clean, up to date and a good size. Staff kept the rooms clean every day and replenished supplies often. "
