"We were alone in the place the whole MLK weekend and were necer up early enough for breakfast, but the place was super clean and a very good space for the price. We're definitely coming back. Also a great location for not having a car. Walking to restaurants or bars is quick and easy, or to the subway if you're going further. A final note--we had a late flight on our last day (7pm) and Jean Phillipe let us stay right up until 4pm to leave for the flight, when the published check out time is...
