Next morning I wanted to take a shower no hot water, freezing cold even after a half an hour running. Told the front desk He said they would call maintenance. So after the race I wanted to take a hot shower to sooth my muscle aches, thinking the water situation was fixed. NOPE I went back down to the main desk and told another person and she said the same thing about maintenance. Again nothing was fixed. I returned the keys today and told a different front desk person and all she could say, was anyone notified, I replied yes twice yesterday. And all I got was sorry about that. They lost me as a repeated customer. Very disappointed I’m sure they wouldn’t go without a warm shower.!"

"This was hands down the worst hotel I've ever seen. Mattress was covered in piss stains, there was puke on the computer desk, the blinds were broken, dresser was missing drawers, the bad frame was straight up made of 2x4's, and the dude at the front desk was on a personal call the entire time he was checking me in. They also offer you a free can of Coke if you give them a 10/10 review. So desperate. I'm trying to get a refund right now because we refused to stay there under such conditions. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. "

"WE had a broken pipe in our bathroom. We notified the staff immediately. I fell asleep fully clothed waiting for the egineer who never arrived. WE had a hot showe running from 7pm to 10am. It took 3 phone calls for them to get all the water off the windows and the windowsills. The room was a humid, swaet box for the first 2 days of our visit."
