The pool and gym are excellent for relaxation. The hotel has a couple of good restaurant options which provide wide food selections at reasonable price.

Staff at the restaurant were very charming and helpful.

Excellent room, very clean. Staff were very helpful. The restaurant on site was very good too. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. Overall very happy, will definitely stay again.

Main Pool, Gym and Bar were under maintenance however, make shift arrangements were available. I would have preferred if this was informed at the time of booking. Apart from this, Front Desk, Room Service, Restaurant crew were fablulous and went out of the way to make us feel comfortable.

The rooms are clean. Housekeeping excellent. Food very tasty. Very friendly staff. Very close to city centre and airport. I would stay at this hotel when I travel to Trivandrum.

The room was spacious and property just 10 mins drive from the airport. The staff were also very helpful any time I needed assistance. I asked for a room near the lift and they tried to find one for me. I had lost my wallet in my room and the staff followed up with me closely, even though I called at 3am.

Every thing was perfect, Presidential Suit was excellent stayed there for 14 days, later has to Transfer in the Deluxe room, very spacious, but few things need to be looked upon we stayed in room no 603 Bathroom do not have sliding door or curtains, due to which all the bathing water splash through toilet area, which makes the thing messy, also light above the bed have a holding bracket is pointing out which could heart some one, need to be modified, rest everything was excellent, totally we...
