Wonderful property, wonderful host and a great stay. This is our favorite stay in Israel so far. We would have stayed longer but had plans at the Dead Sea. The property is converted school and is cozy, well equipped, well thought out and with lots of little details that make it special (...even hugging pillows). A great view of the sea, it is calm, quiet and only a few minutes walk to the downtown and restaurants and shopping. Even free parking right by the guesthouse! By far the best value we have found in Israel in over two weeks! The hostess, Anat, is amazing. Super communication, easy check-in and she is passionate about great guest comfort and service. You will love Villa Alliance!

This property is a total disappointment...you should never offer a property like this...because it is a total hoax and too ugly and dirty...this property greatly affects the credibility of ORBIT

Great hotel, but a few things didn't work.
The room was as pictured--quite attractive and clean. The bed is comfortable. The location is excellent--short walk from the waterfront. There is free parking behind the hotel. The rooms say they have a balcony, but really it is a patio that is shared by all the rooms. Each one has a small table and chairs out front. We could not get the TV to work (it just said "no signal" in Hebrew). We also connected to the WiFi, but could not get internet. Because it was late at night, we did not call the hotel owner (there is no front desk, and she does not live at the hotel). It wasn't a big deal, but a bit disappointing. Also, we rented the "honeymoon suite" which includes an Nespresso machine, but there were no pods. It seemed unreasonable to ask guests to bring their own. I texted the owner, but she did not respond. Overall, it was very good value for the price, and I would stay there again, but I would check on the TV and internet when I checked in.

Loved sunrises & breathtaking views from their deck, one block from the Sea of Galilee, stairs across the street go straight down to the river, where you can walk to tons of restaurants and shopping. Owners met us for check in, friendly and helpful. Loved sunrises

The view from the balcony is beautiful. Anat is accommodating and helpful. The room was clean, with French overtones. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. Bring your own blow dryer.

The harass you at checkin and don’t take your credit card. They were knocking on my cousins door at all hours and when she didn’t answer they just opened the door to walk in and never explained what they needed.

Excellent location from which to explore the Sea of Galilee. Property is exactly as pictured. Room was spacious with excellent jacuzzi. Beautiful view of the Sea (wish I was there right now!) Great places to eat within walking distance. Made our last night in Israel very special. Thank you Anat...you're a wonderful host!

Best choice for Tiberias
Very nice people, excellent location, nice and quiet neighborhood but also very close and in walking distance to the most important and interesting sites in Tiberias. The service is excellent but not flamboyant and bothersome and not arrogant and wasteful. You get exactly what you need, neither more nor less. The best choice in the area.

10 mins walk down to waterfront. View from the hotel. No breakfast. Self-service check-out. Free parking lot behind the building. Lovely villa with clean room. Utensils provided.Only issue is that the floor may be flooded while shower.

The only difficulty one may experience is obtaining staff assistance if needed since the owner does not have full time personnel at the facility. Other than that, everything was excellent. Room was wonderful, amenities and facility served us without a problem. As I said, were us to have had issues (which we didn’t) there might have been issues (which we didn’t have).

The rooms were very quaint it is in an old part of the defences built by the Turks in the middle in the 19th century. The only complaint is that there are only 7 rooms and the owners have to be called to check in. The TV is not up to expectations.

The perfect base for Tiberias and the Kinneret
We stayed at Villa Alliance for one night and it was absolutely ideal. The check-in was very quick and easy, and the staff wonderfully friendly. The rooms were clean, modern, spacious and all round really nice to be in. You also have a lovely terrace overlooking the Sea of Galillee, and the location is right in the centre of Tiberias and a couple of hundred metres from the sea. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Galilee.

Charming room with good facilities. I loved the views from the terrace over the Sea of Galilee. The Villa is up quite steep hill from the city centre if you are on foot. Other than that, the ambience is lovely and it's a great location. I really enjoyed my five night stay.

Cute boutique hotel in Tiberias
This is a small boutique hotel. The free parking lot was steps away from the wraparound balcony which offered a view of the Sea of Galilee. Our room was spacious and had a jacuzzi. Although breakfast is not offered we used the fridge and coffeemaker with items that we bought from a nearby supermarket. Anat the owner/manager was extremely helpful at check-in.

Nice Place.
The Villa Alliance is a nice place and Anat was great! You tell her approximately what time you will get there and then she meets you for check in. She gave us a great recommendation for the beach to go to swim at (Bora Bora, seriously go there) and a restaurant to eat at (Avi's, seriously go there too). The room was spacious and there was plenty of hot water for the shower and good air conditioning (it was 105 degrees Fahrenheit). One small issue, there were two cockroaches that somehow got into our room during our stay, but I assume that was due to the heat. Overall nice place.

Beautiful stay
Villa Alliance is an old school that has been converted to rooms for rent. The location overlooking the Kinneret is beautiful. A walk down a long flight of stone stairs takes you to the Kinneret shore and many, many restaurant options. The room was large, Wi-Fi excellent, bed very comfortable. Only negative was a small leak from the bathroom sink that kept the bathroom floor very wet. Since we had checked in on Friday late afternoon, no one was available to deal with the leak and we checked out the next morning as planned.

The hotel is very nice.Lovely room, but the best thing is the view from the veranda. A great place for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. I would definitely stay there again

Just steps to the Sea of Galilee
We had a very good experience while staying here, the room was big, with many hooks so you could hang your things. There was an air conditioner, and we were instructed to press a button to turn on the boiler 30 minutes prior to showering, very easy. The bathroom is small, especially the shower, I had to leave the shower door open so I could first enter the shower, then close the bathroom door, then enter the rest of the bathroom, very weird. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. There was a full size refrigerator! we loved that, so we bought at a supermarket (in Migdal) things for the fridge and even ice-cream popsicles to keep on the freezer. There was a kitchen sink, dish soap, and some plates and cutlery. The hotel has its own parking lot on the side, so don't park on the street. The only challenging thing is the check-in process, they ask you to contact them through whattsapp prior to coming, I tried but I couldn't with the number they gave me through Expedia. I had bought a local Israeli SIM card, so I tried calling them to those same numbers and it didn't work. Once we reached the property we saw a sign posted there advertising their room rentals, so I tried that number and it finally worked, I was able to contact the lady who could check us in. There were other people also waiting to be checked-in. There were several mosquitos in the area, our room was ok, until the cleaning lady came and she left the door open and when we came back the room had mosquitos.
