2/10 Terrible

"It is expectations that set the stage for a pleasant stay. My expectations were for a room with a properly functioning HVAC system, and a swimming pool to relax in after (8) hours on the road. Neither of those expectations were met. The room was warm upon arrival, which was reported to the attendant, who assured me she would address this situation. The pool, was marked “closed for season”. After waiting 90 minutes I returned to the attendant and questioned the HVAC situation, only to be told “I can check it, but it probably needs maintenance to take a look”. At this point I vacated the room, which had not been disturbed in any way, and returned my keys th the attendant. Poor experience from this facility. Do not recommend."

"The Comfort Inn -Fetus was its usual CI standards. We stayed 3 nights. The breakfast was good, though there wasn't a change in thier selection for the 3 breakfasts we had. The only complaint was at check-in, they didn't tell us we had to request room service. We had to fetch our TP and towels from the front desk. We had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. They came up only after we called them. The desk clerk that checked us in barely talked to us. All other front staff made a point to greet us as we walked through the reception area."

"The staff was kind and helpful. Our check-in was late, and the front desk clerk was warm, welcoming and efficient. Our room was clean and everything from toilets, shower, light fixtures, window shades, fridge and beds were well-maintained. The breakfast in the morning was well-stocked with lots of options such as eggs, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt and more. The property seems to be changing hands, as some parts of the hotel seem to be going through a refurbishment, but that did not affect our situation or stay. It looks like the property could host events and conventions."

"Upon arriving I was informed by reservation was changed. I was then told I had to pay an additional $40 for changes. The $100 hold has still not been refunded and I left the room cleaner than when I arrived. There was an inch of dust in the drawers, bed sheets stained with yellow substance. Splatter on the walls next to a bed, not sure I want to know what it was, AC not working properly. NO ELEVATOR!!!! Pool gave me and two of my kids staff infections…. And their “breakfast” is a waffle or stale cereal. Smh you get what you pay for, or should I say, what they want you to pay!"
