We had booked a different hotel through hotels.com, and the hotel had cancelled our reservation because they changed owners (per the very rude girl at the front desk). Hotels.com changed our reservation for us, and we could not be more pleased with the service we have gotten at this hotel. The room is fantastic (double queen suite). I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in downtown St. Louis! "
