"Pricey hotel with very pricey food. The breakfast buffet was disappointing and it cost nearly $100 for a family four. The beds were small and uncomfortable. Ours felt like it had a hole in the middle. The elevator broke down several times we had to use the service elevator. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work as well as the floors above or below us. We had to go to the fitness center to get ice. That’s the only nice thing about this hotel was the fitness center. It’s amazing. For the price you’re paying for this, it’s not worth it. I would not stay here in the future."
