"I asked for a first floor room, I checked in before 4pm. When I mentioned I had just driven 16 hours from Arizona, his reply how boring and no first rooms available. When I asked about an elevator his reply its only one flight of stairs. After several trips up the stairs, my room must of been next to a maintenance room. There was the sound of a compressor in the wall about 2 feet from the bed. It would come on and off several times during my stay. None of the staff seemed happy, no greeting. I found a woman in the lobby around 4 am the following day, not sure if she worked there. Sitting on the couch watching TV. "

"I love the location for us and it is a nice Hampton. My biggest complaint and what will keep me from coming back is the air conditioning unit in the room is noisy making it hard to sleep and inconsistent. You are either hot or freezing. I've stayed in several different rooms. Also, the bed is way too soft."

"Bed was comfortable; room was large, did not feel cramped at all. HVAC worked well (needed both heat & a/c, handled it no problem) The "mini-fridge" was larger than the refrigerator in my first apartment. The carpet does need to be deep cleaned. A couple light fixtures were not working, and the slide lock was broke, although it would have held long enough to grab... well, ya know. Had a coffee maker but no coffee, no soap or shampoo, either (although I don't know if Studio 6 normally provides those). It was rated higher, but honestly, it's a 6 at the most."
