The hotel is located on a narrow busy street and in spite of being listed as in Tivoli, it was a bit of a drive to get to Tivoli. It is new, modern, and clean, but the charm factor is in the minus numbers. Our room was quite small, the twin beds narrower than anything I have experienced before, and the shower stall was minuscule. A safe was bolted on in an area designed for a suitcase, thus rendering the space useless. There was only one tiny wastebasket and it was in the bathroom. There was a generous desk with a comfortable chair, but only one plug making one choose to either have a desk lamp or a plug for any device. The breakfast was typical for a cheap, Italian 3-star hotel--heavy on sugar, fat, and flour, light on protein. The only fresh fruit was a bowl of clementines and the first one I picked up was rotten. The furniture in both the breakfast room and bar area was modern, inexpensive and non-descript,
