We arrived late at night, self check-in is convenient. Staff can be reached via tablet video chat. Convenient stores are nearby. Highly recommend! The owner help me a lot and went way out of the way to help me. I hopped on a plane from America to Japan with a backpack and a few days worth of clothes.
