Comfortable room. The balcony was equipped with a washing line, but no chairs. Would have preferred an option of bed and breakfast, so we could eat out at other restaurants and chose our meals in tbe evening.

This was quite simply one of my favourite places I have ever stayed. We stayed for 3 days for our honeymoon and had the best time at Kerama Terrace. Although it’s not directly on the water, it is a two minute walk from the most beautiful beach. The outdoor tubs were lovely to relax in after the beach and the overall atmosphere here is pure serenity. The rooms were nice and very clean. The food was outstanding with interesting flavours and the service was absolutely second to none. From the moment they picked us up at the ferry terminal we were well taken care of. The staff are thoughtful and seem to love what they do. I don’t have one bad word to say about this place, it was so lovely.

Incredible friendly staff, excellent meals, highly supportive of arranging all our activities, ideal access to sea turtles, whales, and beaches.

主任さんを始めスタッフの方々がとても親身に接して頂きました。 こちらの要望にも迅速に対応して下さり、快適に４日間過ごす事ができました。 最終日にチェックアウトから乗船まで時間がありタクシーで島内を回りましたが、女性ドライバーの方がとても熱心に案内して下さり、勉強になり感謝いたします。 今後とも皆様、健康にお過ごし下さい。 ホテルの繁栄を心より祈念しております。

スタッフの対応が素晴らしい。 チェックアウト後に海で遊んでからもシャワー貸してくれたりで慶良間を気持ちよく満喫できました。 部屋も綺麗で、食事もしっかりしたコース料理でした。洗濯乾燥機があったのも便利でした。

スタッフの皆さんのサービスが行き届いていて、チェックアウト後もシャワー他施設利用させて頂き大変助かりました。 ごはんも美味しかったですし、お部屋も綺麗でした。 渡嘉敷でマリンスポーツする場合はまた使わせて頂きます！

また利用したい
送迎もあり、食事やアクティビティの説明も丁寧でとても良かったです。 慶良間に行く事があれば、次回も利用させて頂きたいです。 テラスのある部屋じゃなかったのが残念だったのと、フロントに自由に使えるコーヒー等が在れば高額な宿泊費でも十分に満足なオール「5」点でした。

快適な空間
とても快適なホテルでした。庭で休んでいるとお茶を出してくれたりバスタオルを持ってきてくれます。夕ご飯で飲みきれなかった泡盛のボトルを次の日の昼に部屋まで運んで頂く気配りに感激しました。従業員の方々もフレンドリーで居心地が良かったです。渡嘉敷島での宿泊はこのホテルをお勧めします。

チェックアウト時刻から、フェリー搭乗時間まで、数時間待たなければいけなかったのですが、フェリー搭乗時間ギリギリまでお部屋を使わせていただけて、とても助かりました。
