A great stay! The staff were very nice and helpful. Within walking distance of Tokyo station as well as easy access to the subways. Breakfast each morning was also very good!

Layover night in Tokyo
I had a layover night in Tokyo, and it was just what I needed. Good price, close to Tokyo Station. Room was small, but I was aware of that. Overall it's good.

Property is centrally located and convenient to get to Tokyo station. However, expect the room is very small. We noted the shower curtain has mold hence, that was the turn off. At night, it can be loud from the street noise (siren or baby crying not sure from where).

Great location, could be cleaner.
Location is great! Near train stations and very accessible at the start of Ginza Street. Only one lift which is a bit inconvenient. Room wasn't that clean and the one i got i wasn't too happy about how cramped it was. Rooms in Tokyo are always small but the layout could have been better. The carpets looked old and dirty.

The hotel is near to Station Metro. The rooms are tiny and uncomfortable. A mattress is in bad condition. Bathroom dirty. Generally, conditions are older and smell bad.

It was close to Tokyo station, about a 10 minute walk, so it's very convenient. Not much to do in the neighbourhood though. If you want a place convenient for getting to the airport, or if you've just chosen this as the area you want to stay bc it's central, then it's a good option, I'd stay here again.

Smell of toilet in the corridor. Only one lift to service all floors, no fan in the lift. Receptionists need to converse better in English for non-Japanese guests. No closet for clothes. Room cleaning is good. Hotel location is convenient and accessible to train stations, and to walk around in Ginza.

breakfast was tasty with mainly Japanese style food (i.e. rice miso soup) unfortunately my room was VERY small (can't even open my suitcase), by far the smallest (I have stayed in similar hotels before, and even in APA ones).

It was discussing. We had stayed at the same chain before and thought it was great but this location was just terrible. I wish it was more consistent for each hotels.

Air conditioning not working well in rooms
The service was not great when we told them about the bad air conditioning in the room. It was too warm, and they provided a fan but it was not very good. The air temperature was cool in the hallways/corridors between rooms but not in the rooms itself.

The “double” bed was very, very small. Not a full size bed. Not for two persons. The bath was inaccessible for a handicapped person. It is about six inches above the room floor. Very disappointed.

Could of been better
The hotel claims it has air conditioning but it only blows on heater. I called front desk to fix the problem and they said they can’t do anything about it. Room definition could use some vacuuming. Front desk was not helpful when called.
